PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

Thanks for shopping at Amish made Products, LLC.  Our Amish made Products, LLC’s (“Amish made Products, LLC”, “we” or “our”) Policies are applicable only to products purchased by you directly from Amish made Products, LLC.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Amish made Products, LLC. By placing an order or making a purchase you agree to the terms set forth below along with Amish made Products, LLC’s Policies.

We Proudly Use PayPal Secure Server Merchant Credit Card Payment Processing Services.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS

Orders placed by Credit Card Payment are carefully processed. We will verify Credit Card Holder’s billing address and phone number with Card Issuing Bank to protect cardholders and payee against any unlawful credit card transaction over the internet. There will not be charges to your credit card for back-ordered items until products are shipped out.

PROCESSING TIME

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Amish made Products, LLC does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

SHIPPING

Amish Made Products, LLC uses UPS, They will not ship to P.O. Box. Shipping costs are based on weight, volume, destination zip code and number of items we can pack in each box for your order. The shipping charge includes insurance for full value of products against loss or damage. Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of products and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. No orders will be processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. If the delay is due to backorder or item is not being available, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute for another item, or cancel your order. Backorder shipments will be subject to normal shipping and handling policies.

BACKORDERS

Amish made Products, LLC does not sell back-ordered merchandise. We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we can sell to a customer. In that instance, we will refund your credit/debit card for the item, along with any applicable tax fees and shipping charges. An automated email will also be sent to alert you of the situation.

CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call us immediately. There is no fee for cancelled orders.

ORDER TRACKING

Shipments with tracking numbers are emailed once orders are shipped during business hours of Monday thru Friday. You may also obtain tracking numbers by calling us or logging into your Amish made Product’s.com account, available after 24-48 hours of placing an order.

If not completely satisfied, please return your order in original packing to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method. Customers from outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.

How To Return the item and receive a refund or credit

We offer free returns on all unused products and free return shipping within the lower 48 states of the U.S. on all products. Returns must occur within 30 days after receiving the item. Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts will result in a partial refund unless determined to be an issue on our part or if damage occurs during shipping. In that case, a full refund or replacement will be issued within three business days of notification.

How to return an item for replacement or refund

Before returning an item, please read the following:
If possible, please take a picture of the damaged item and send it by email or text message to:

Be sure to include your name, phone #, email address, order #, and address.
If you wish a return call, please state the best time to call you.
Upon receipt of the information, we will notify you if you will receive a full or partial refund or replacement part for the item. If damaged during shipping, you will receive either a new replacement or a completely new item, depending upon the product’s availability.

All orders are subject to availability

Because the items are hand made there are times when the item may not be in stock. Your return will be processed within three business days, OR A FULL REFUND WILL BE APPLIED TO THE PAYMENT PROCESSED FOR THE ITEM IF REQUESTED BY YOU, THE CUSTOMER.
