Hit by a car and not a scratch!! This mail box is amazing quality and SO WELL BUILT! Just the other night, my neighbor must have been driving tipsy, and he hit the mailbox with his car mirror. He told me this happened and that he would fix any damages in the morning. Well I go out to look at the box, and there are pieces of his car mirror on the ground but not even a scratch on the mailbox!! Wow!! I would recommend this box to everyone!!

This mailbox exceeded my expectations. The quality, the large size, aesthetics, and customer service made this product a great value. I spent days looking for the perfect mailbox for my specific needs. We own a two flat that looks like a house, but I did not want two mailboxes defining the place as a two flat. I could not find a large mailbox with a shelf in the middle. When I saw the perfect mailbox style on Etsy, I reached out to customer service and they agreed to customize the mailbox for me. There was a mix up on the delivery address that caused delay. Good quality item although the door stuck and had to be rasped down to open properly

The design & craftsmanship definitely stand out. I finally found a replacement that will last a long time without the annoyance of painting & replacing boards. We ended up getting a new metal post to match our new mailbox.

I fell in love with this mailbox when I saw it online but that did not do it justice. I received it yesterday and it is fabulous almost to awesome to place it outside. The quality is amazing, I am very happy with my purchase! I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. It was packaged well and arrived quickly.
