***Build Time***
Quality takes time. Since our furniture is handcrafted to order by Amish craftsmen, it can take time to make sure it is done right. Furniture orders are currently estimated at around a 6-8 week build time from the time the order is placed.

***SHIPPING & DELIVERY***
Delivered directly to the address provided and pre-assembled leaving you with no confusing directions nor frustrations. Front door delivery only and a person must be present at time of delivery. Shipping Rate: $150 plus $2 per mile from Area Code 17002 to delivery address.
